What the subscription is for

The hardware is the product; the subscription is the optional cloud layer.

  • Cloud history beyond the local 7-day buffer. Daily summaries, weekly trends, and fall-event archives.
  • Family member sharing. Inviting a sibling or another adult child to view the dashboard.
  • Cross-device sync. Same view on phone and tablet.

Without a subscription, the device still works. Local detection still fires alerts on the gateway. You will not have multi-device sync or cloud history.

Returns and warranty

  • 30-day satisfaction return on the family kit. Ship the hardware back; full hardware refund.
  • Two-year hardware warranty on the sensors and gateway. Manufacturing defects, not user-induced damage.
  • Subscription is month-to-month. Cancel anytime; takes effect at the end of the current month.

Care home pilot terms

Pilot terms are individually contracted per facility. Standard inclusions:

  • Hardware deployment with on-site installer training.
  • Two-hour staff training session.
  • Pilot SaaS access for the duration of the pilot, with conversion pricing locked at the time of pilot signing.
  • Sovereign Canadian deployment available where required.
