Augment rounds. Do not replace staff.
Wellytic Care is a building-wide wellness product for assisted-living, memory-care, and small-residential-care operators. It surfaces the things human rounds miss; it does not replace the rounds.
Multi-room deployment
One starter unit covers three resident rooms. A typical 20-room facility is approximately seven units plus the gateway. The hardware is the same as the family product; the software, dashboard, and audit posture are different.
Coverage characteristics:
- Per-resident-room sensor. One sensor per room, ceiling-mounted, no inter-room cross-talk.
- Common-area sensors. Optional. Used to flag when a resident has not returned to their room in a longer-than-usual stretch.
- Bathroom sensors. Available with the slip-friendly geometry. Strongly recommended for memory-care environments.
Shift-handoff dashboards
The dashboard is built for the charge nurse and the floor staff, not for residents or families. Each shift starts with a one-screen handoff summary.
- Resident presence at a glance. Who is in their room, who is in the common area, who has not been observed in the last 30 minutes.
- Active flags. Falls, lack-of-motion events, welfare-check recommendations. Each flag has an acknowledgment workflow with the staff member name attached.
- Shift summary at handoff. Falls this shift, falls this week, flags raised, flags resolved. Generated for sign-out automatically.
Fall reporting for insurance and audit
Every fall event produces an evidence bundle: timestamp, sensor-derived event signature (no video, no audio), staff acknowledgment chain, response time, resolution. The bundle is cryptographically signed end-to-end via the RelayOne audit substrate.
This matters when:
- Your insurer requests an incident report and wants tamper-evident records.
- A regulator audits your fall-response procedures.
- A family asks for the timeline of a specific event.
Trend analysis
The dashboard includes a 7-day and 30-day trend view. The trends Wellytic surfaces:
- Declining ambulation. A resident whose normal-day movement count is dropping week over week. Often the earliest signal of a clinical change.
- Day-night rhythm shifts. A resident who used to sleep 22:00–06:30 and is now sleeping 19:00–04:00, or fragmenting overnight.
- Bathroom-stay duration trends. Sometimes early signal of urinary or mobility issues.
Wellytic is not a clinical-decision tool. It is a pattern-surfacing tool. The interpretation belongs to clinical staff.
Integrations with existing care-home software
Today, Wellytic Care exports via:
- Webhooks (events, summaries, evidence bundles)
- SFTP daily summaries
- CSV evidence-bundle export
Direct integrations with named EHR or care-planning platforms are roadmap items, not shipped today: {{TBD-integrations-list}}. If your facility uses a specific platform, please mention it in your pilot application; integration sequencing is informed by pilot demand.
Pilot program
Wellytic Care is currently in pilot-cohort selection. Pilot terms:
- Up to 40 residents per pilot site. Per-resident deployment cost
{{TBD-care-per-resident}}with monthly SaaS at{{TBD-care-saas}}/resident. - Deployment includes installer training for your maintenance staff. Two-hour session.
- Includes shift-handoff dashboard, fall reporting, and trend analysis.
- Sovereign Canadian deployment available (in-province for Ontario; check on a per-pilot basis for other provinces).
Apply for the pilot
Email [email protected] with the subject "Wellytic Care pilot application." Include:
- Facility name, location, room count, and care level (assisted-living, memory care, etc.)
- Current incident-reporting workflow (what software, what process)
- Compliance regime (HIPAA, PHIPA, PIPEDA, provincial regulator)
- One sentence on why Wellytic Care interests you
We are currently selecting four pilot sites for 2026 H2 deployments.
